Terms of Use for Meowdown

1. Acceptance
By using Meowdown, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental consent.
3. No Account Required
- You do not create an account. There is no login, password, or email address stored.
- Your Device ID and chosen username are used only to identify you on the leaderboard.
4. Permissions You Grant
When you play Meowdown, you may be asked to allow:
- Microphone – to detect your meow/shout during battles. You can deny this, but then you cannot fight.
- Notifications – optional, to receive game‑related alerts. You can disable them anytime in Android settings.
- Vibration – optional, can be turned off in game Settings.
- Sound effects – optional, can be turned off in game Settings.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Choose an offensive username (hate speech, profanity, sexual content).
- Cheat, hack, or exploit bugs.
- Use the microphone to cause harm (e.g., dangerously loud screaming). Play responsibly.
We may ban any Device ID that violates these rules.
6. Ads and Rewarded Video
- Meowdown includes ads (banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded video).
- You may watch a rewarded video ad to remove all ads for 1 hour. This is a temporary, optional benefit – not a purchase.
- Ad networks (e.g., AdMob) may collect data as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All code, art, sounds, and the name “Meowdown” are owned by Haz Tech. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse‑engineer the game.
8. Disclaimer & Liability
- The game is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will be error‑free or always available.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages, including vocal strain or data loss.
- Our total liability is $0 (the game is free).
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Device ID, username, and stats by emailing ticherhaz@gmail.com with “Meowdown Data Deletion” as the subject.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

- 通知 – 可选，用于接收游戏相关提醒。您可以随时在 Android 设置中关闭。
- 振动 – 可选，可在游戏设置中关闭。
- 音效 – 可选，可在游戏设置中关闭。
5. 用户行为规范
您同意不会：
- 选择具有攻击性的用户名（仇恨言论、粗俗内容、色情内容）。
- 作弊、破解或利用漏洞。
- 使用麦克风造成伤害（例如危险的高声喊叫）。请负责任地游玩。
对于违反这些规则的任何设备 ID，我们可能会予以封禁。
6. 广告与激励视频
- Meowdown 包含广告（横幅、插屏以及可选的激励视频）。
- 您可以观看激励视频广告，以移除所有广告 1 小时。这是临时的、可选的好处，而非购买行为。
- 广告网络（例如 AdMob）可能会按照我们的隐私政策所述收集数据。
7. 知识产权
所有代码、美术、音效以及名称 “Meowdown” 均归 Haz Tech 所有。您不得复制、重新分发或反向工程本游戏。
8. 免责声明与责任限制
- 本游戏按“现状”提供。我们不保证其无错误或始终可用。
- 在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对任何间接损害（包括声带劳损或数据丢失）不承担责任。
- 我们的总责任为 0 美元（游戏免费）。
9. 终止
如果您违反本条款，我们可能会暂停或终止您的访问权限。您可以随时卸载游戏以停止使用。
10. 数据删除
您可以通过发送邮件至 ticherhaz@gmail.com，主题为 “Meowdown Data Deletion”，请求删除您的设备 ID、用户名和游戏统计数据。
11. 条款的变更
我们可能会更新本条款。继续使用即表示您接受变更。
12. 管辖法律
本条款受 马来西亚 法律管辖。
